Lenore is mastering the art of becoming, amongst other things, a whale. She thought for a time that a turtle would be better suited to swimming in the honey - for certainly rabbits were not cut out for that sort of thing - but she has found that being a whale suits her well. Moving languidly through the ocean, coming up from time to time for air, mouth open below the waves to taste the honey. She is getting better at swimming with her eyes open, which is good, because there are worlds to see below the surface of the Starless Sea.
